We offer beginner-friendly programming courses that help women build strong foundations in coding through hands-on, accessible learning.
Coder Bloom empowers women across Latin America to learn, lead, and thrive in technology. We provide accessible programs, mentorship, and community spaces that help every woman discover her voice and power through code.
To motivate women to explore the world of technology by hosting programming contests, courses, conferences, and connections with tech companies, fostering their growth and leadership in the industry.
We envision a world where girls are not only users of technology but also creators, innovators, and leaders in the tech industry.
At Coder Bloom, we believe in the power of community-based learning. Women in Latin America have the talent and potential to enter the technology field, but they need accessible spaces, support, and role models. That is why we offer courses, challenges, and networking opportunities that help them learn and grow.
We offer beginner-friendly programming courses that help women build strong foundations in coding through hands-on, accessible learning.
We host monthly programming competitions designed exclusively for women in Latin America—featuring original problems, creative themes, and a supportive space to practice and grow.
We connect students with women working in leading tech companies, fostering mentorship, inspiration, and a strong community of future innovators.
Each challenge features original problems, female characters, and a unique theme every month, making learning to code fun, inclusive, and inspiring. Participants practice their skills, build confidence, and see themselves represented in tech.
Since 2022, we’ve engaged 3,000 women across 20 countries through 39 contests and 100 original problems.
“My experience participating in the monthly competitions has been incredibly rewarding. The first time I competed, I was only able to solve one problem — but instead of feeling discouraged, it motivated me to keep learning. Now I can solve three or four problems in the advanced category!”
We work through a “students helping students” model — where learning becomes a shared journey. Our programs empower young people to teach, mentor, and lead, creating a sustainable cycle of knowledge and growth.
Through initiatives like Share Your Knowledge, Learners to Leaders, and Internships, students gain real teaching experience, develop leadership skills, and help make coding education accessible to women across Latin America.
University students volunteer as instructors, teaching introductory programming courses to women across Latin America. They gain real teaching experience while helping others take their first steps in tech.
Participants who begin as learners are trained to become mentors and community leaders. They support others in coding challenges, projects, and events — building a sustainable cycle of learning and leadership.
Students contribute to the operational side of Coder Bloom through internships in logistics, communications, curriculum design, and event support. They earn professional experience while helping expand the impact of our programs.
“Coder Bloom gives me the space to fail without fear — no one judges my performance, and I have the opportunity to improve. It also allows me to meet girls who share my interests. Here, I’ve realized that I’m not alone.”
